The customers may cancel the order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after they received the products/services. Braf Business Consultants & Traders (BBCT) will refund the price of the products/services in full and will reimburse for the delivery costs paid except where multiple items were ordered and not all of them are being returned.
However, customers are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to Braf Business Consultants & Traders. If a refund is payable to the customers, Braf Business Consultants & Traders will process the refund as soon as possible, and in most within thirty (30) days of the day the customer gives notice of the cancellation.
To cancel an order, the customer must inform BBCT in writing. The customer also must return the goods to BBCT as soon as possible, intact, and in their original packaging, and at the customer's cost.
The customer has an obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession. If the customers fail to comply with this obligation, BBCT may have the right of action against the customer for compensation. This applies to all goods returned.
